Expertise in "Flagging" which is a performance art and dance form involving the rhythmic waving and spinning of flags, often used in worship , praise dance, or color guard. It focuses on flowing , melodic movements, such as the forward X, diagonal waves, and spins, to express emotion or spiritual themes.

Life coach, Choir Conductor and music Producer
Skilled in Lyrical expression, focus on leading with excellence and targets vocal control. Writes songs and instructs class in musicals. Also a speaker for young guys in juvenile justice systems.

Dance and creative arts
adaptive arts and dance teacher/educator: Specifically uses dance with therapeutic movements. Sherina is also a professional who uses art, color and emotional expression to address violent behavior, aggression and deep seated emotional trauma.
